Co-payment Plan

As the environmental assessment and cleanup costs associated with removing a UST are typically out of many tank owners' affordability comfort zone, the Trust Fund has established a "co-payment" plan. Under this plan Cedar Rock pays for all work done and bills the State directly for the cost of all Trust Fund reimbursable tasks. Under the Co-Pay Plan, the tank owner's only out-of-pocket expenses (non-reimbursables) include the cost of removing the UST and disposing of the UST and tank contents. These non-reimbursable expenses typically range from $1,800 to $2,800 depending on site conditions, if done according to State and local regulations and guidelines. The tank operator must be eligible for Trust Fund reimbursement for co-payment to be available. See the Trust Fund page for eligibility information.

Cedar Rock charges a one-time finance fee of $200 for providing this service.

Remember, because of our thorough knowledge of the State's underground storage tank (UST) regulations and Trust Fund policies, and our low overhead expenses, Cedar Rock can offer to tank owners, who are eligible for reimbursement from the Trust Fund, a guarantee most environmental consultants are afraid to, and/or are unable to, offer.

Cedar Rock guarantees 100% Reimbursement of Reimbursable Costs Related to the Environmental Assessment and Cleanup of Leakage from a UST.

This guarantee combined with Cedar Rock's ability to offer Co-Pay facilities to its clients ensures that with Cedar Rock you will have the easiest, most stress-free path to being clear of the liabilities related to a leaking underground storage tank.

See Our Guarantees page for more information regarding this, and the other guarantees Cedar Rock gives for its work.
